Spreading Kindness, Strengthening Communities: K2 Bitumen’s CSR Visit to Yayasan Latihan Insan Istimewa
On 5th February 2025, K2 Bitumen Sdn Bhd continued its commitment to community wellbeing through a heartfelt Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) visit to Rumah Kebajikan Yayasan Latihan Insan Istimewa in Ipoh, Perak.
Led by Dato’ Mei, the initiative aimed to extend support and compassion to the residents of the home—individuals with special needs who are under the care and guidance of the foundation. The visit served as a reminder that true progress is measured not only by innovation and growth, but also by empathy and shared humanity.
Supporting Lives, Creating Smiles
During the visit, K2 Bitumen contributed essential supplies and financial donations to support the home’s daily operations and training activities. The team spent time engaging with the residents and caregivers, fostering a sense of togetherness and joy.
Dato’ Mei expressed that the initiative is part of K2 Bitumen’s broader CSR vision — to give back to society and support local institutions that nurture and uplift those in need.
